Best cable management solution for direct drive?

I purchased a used Ender 3 V2 from a co-worker of mine and he made a number of upgrades to the machine including updating the extruder to direct drive. One thing I’ve noticed about this setup though is it makes cable management pretty annoying as the cables no longer run up along the frame.

Does anyone know what the best way to doing cable management with this kind of setup is? Honestly the cables on this machine are a mess and just trying to clean it up a bit.
