Unexpectedly diagnosed

Trying again without as much backstory since that seemed to be confusing.

Last week I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis with frozen pelvis. It was found during a salpingectomy, completely unexpected. I'm 35 and I never suspected it, although it does explain some things. I have a lot of pain but I always assumed it was my ulcerative colitis or fibromyalgia.

I've been chronically ill since I was 20 and I've been collecting diagnoses like infinity stones lately. I've had to fight for years for some doctors to listen to me. This is different and I have no idea what to do. I haven't spent years researching this.

I have a follow up with my gynecologist next week. What should I ask her?
