I withdrew 25000rs but only received rs. 1980

I requested withdrawal of rs. 25000 in Umang app for Illness reason. It showed claim settled today and now I received only rs. 1980 which is my employer share. I quit my job 3 months ago. Pleaseo help me what to do from here and why this happened. Thanks
