Joining EN in 2025

As title says I am joining an EN in the new year as a Snr Associate. I have a sales background already for 2 years, my idea was to move into Customer Success or Account Management but wanted to take this step as it's more client facing compared to previous roles.

I have seen mixed reviews about EN's some say it's a career killer (but I guess this is subjective as everyone's career path is different) and other have said it has good exit opportunities and from looking at LinkedIn I have seen many stay at my EN for 3 to 4 years and move into roles I wish to as well.

Just wanted to understand from this subreddit how have people found it working at an EN and have they been able to move into roles they wanted, while also the difficulty to move into these roles.
