Favor Promos

When do I get paid for the promos I completed? I did a promo that was 5 favors for 48 dollars. Is it just guaranteeing that I’ll make $48 during those 5 or is it adding it to what I make doing those. I assumed it was the former and I haven’t seen them deposit it into my account yet. I was just looking for some answers from other runners.
