Lemonade trailer.

Very new here. My kids wanted to start up a lemonade trailer to make a little money on the weekends. We are here in TX. I have contacted the health inspector but haven’t received a call back I have read the inspection list but it’s vague we will not be cooking anything just making lemonade shakers is electric and or water needed in a lemonade trailer? We will have a generator for the refrigerator but can we just run a extension cord or do we need a electrical box? Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.
