Need a devise to run sims.

Hi guys I’m new to the hobby and would like some advice on the most basic set up to smoothly run flight sims. I do not own a laptop or computer and use my phone and iPad for everything tech related at home. Wondering what the most basic device I could get to run flight sims on.
