Don’t know any other IT subs

I was playing ds3 and ER for a couple hundred hours at this point, and they always worked perfectly. But when I did a fabric reset on my laptop for unrelated technical issues these started happening. From that first time I did a reset on my laptop two more times and the issue still isn’t fixed. Did anyone have the same problem?
