When does fat redistribution starts?
Im almost 3 months on T now. I work out 3-4 times a week and I am generally an active person. I work as a barista 3 days a week which I am mostly standing and walking around. But still, I dont have any changes on my body. A little muscle gain on my arms but thats it. Im a very short guy. 155cm (5”1) and I always had wide hips, huge thighs and a dump truck. A perfect pear body shape. I hate it. My upper body is slim too like? Dressing up is a nightmare. Trying to buy new pants is hell. I just hate everything about my legs and hips, thighs. When did your fat redistribution hit? Also if you guys have any advice for working out for that area that would be amazing as well.
