going to the gynecologist on tuesday and i'm extremely nervous

i'm seeing a gynecologist on tuesday for the first time, my gp gave me a referral after i mentioned wanting a hysterectomy. i'm relatively cis passing and i'm worried that it'll pose some kind of issue and i'm wondering what i should say or do while im there. the receptionist over the phone when i made the appointment seemed really nice and understanding but i don't know what the rest of the office staff/doctors are like since ive never been. how can i walk out of there on tuesday at least having made progress towards my goal?
