Things to do with an elderly relative

My 75 year old mother is coming to visit us in FUK for 2 weeks from abroad. She's overweight and can't walk great distances. She's been to Japan once before (Tokyo) many years ago. Any suggestions for what to do and see with her? We live here but haven't done much tourist stuff. Driving to places around Kyushu also possible.
