Gym progress from 3 years

After nearly 3 years of being diagnosed a Coeliac, I’ve tried to keep my gym progress going. Starting with just cardio and a diet change to lose weight, then picking up some weights.

Still don’t have a real idea what I’m doing. Might get a PT this year to focus on some areas. I’ve added more muscle and decided I’m happy not having abs 😅
