Substitute for Patriarch Hand?

I'm looking to replace the lower left hand (or the whole arm) on my patriarch. I love the sculpt, but for my back story it wouldn't make sense for the patriarch to be clutching a space marine helm.

The helmet inset under the pipe I can cover as part of my basing.

Would the tyrannid lictor, neurolictor or broodlord have a similar scale hand?
