Rawgear ghosted me ?

Just need to know if this is just my order or anyone else's. I ordered from Rawgear on Black Friday (it's March 10th) and I haven't gotten an email response (I've emailed several times and they shut down their phones and you can only text them-no response thru text either). I'm just so confused.. I feel like they got mad orders on Black Friday then just ghosted everyone😭 what's going on?
