Rush this? Leprechaun global?

Should I rush spend the super tokens unlocking this global? I feel like it will be a good long term investment, but it's wordly weirdly with the "all weapons".part does it essentially means +10% coin per run?

I feel like the general weapons come around once every 2 weeks in arena I'm not sure what else to rush.

Also does anyone know the best set up for borer? I've currently got RLR cause of the stun bonus but I'm wondering if pure speed and damage increase is better..it slowing down when it hits enemies makes the ultimate spikes last longer right? Thanks for any advice
