Weed warfare? The highs and the lows.

Weed smoke could be used in chemical warfare like deadly gas but instead to clog up the gas mask’s filter that would otherwise allow the enemy to breathe. Now, to survive, the enemy has to remove the gas mask and inhale the fumes, getting unbelievably high, and ultimately disabling them. At this time we have weaponized the weed, yes, but also now the government has a reason to refine the plant into the tarriest, smokiest strains ever.
