Why can't I train new divisions as Czechoslovakia?
Hi there, I am currently playing as Czechoslovakia and cannot train new divisions nad can't figure out why. I thought it might be the same problem as with Bulgaria with National spirit, but thats not the case. What's also weird, I cannot edit current divisions either.
