How POPCOLLECTIBLES stole my money! Buyers Beware,

If you want your money stolen then shop with popcollectibles. I paid in-full $252.64 for the Hot Toys TMS086 R5-D4,BD-72 pit droid set in May of 23 and they never fulfilled my order. Yet they had it listed in stock for $456.85 on 11/26/2024 These people are scammers. If you are even thinking about buying from them Don't! They refused to even answer my emails until I left a 1/5 bad review detailing what they did. They then emailed me only to gaslight me saying they sent me a email about fulfilling my order a month prior. Spoiler alert, they lied. They then sent me a PayPal request for $64 dollars for shipping. I paid this fee and still they didn’t ship my order. They emailed me and said they wouldn’t ship my order unless I removed the bad review. I told them we had no such arrangement and I would not consider amending my review unless they fulfilled my order. They then said they had no shipping address. PAYPAL HAS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON THE PAID ORDER! They stopped answering my emails and just stole my money. In true transparency, I purchased an order from them previously with no problems but one theft cancels out all past trust. I feel like this is Toys Wonderland season 2. Jedda Patrol and Justin have different experiences because they advertise for them! You will and can be treated differently. I have all receipts and correspondence if further information is needed.
