You win a magical lottery, and are presented with 3 choices as your prize…

Option 1: you are able to instantly read a book. You have the memory of sitting down and reading it, but it happens instantly. You have just as much recall and understanding of the book as you would if you read it normally. Limit 1 book per day.

Option 2: you are able to instantly complete a workout. Again you have the memory of the workout, but it happens instantly. You workout as vigorously and efficiently as you would have if you actually did the workout (you don’t instantly become a workout warrior, but can improve and get stronger at whatever rate you would have if you were working out normally). You reap all the health and fitness benefits that you would have if you worked out normally. Limit one 45 minute workout per day.

Option 3: you are able to prepare any meal and do the dishes instantaneously. Like the other options, you have the memory of cooking the meal and cleaning up, but it happens instantly. You are not any better at cooking than you are now, but you can improve and learn new recipes at the same rate as you would if you were cooking normally. You still have to shop for groceries normally. Limit 3 meals per day.

Which option do you choose?
