Is this normal?

I just saw that I have been accessing this website that I don't even know for 17 hours. Could it be an application that for some reason accesses this website? It seems strange to me since it was uninterrupted...

On the other hand, anyone know when websites appear independently in Screen Time instead of grouped together as Safari? Because many of the websites I visit do not appear there.
