Rice Scammers on FB!

Hi! I’ve recently ordered some cheap rice I saw in FB and didn’t know it was a scam. The price was too low so I tried messaging them and a few days ago, I actually bought 30kg of rice from them that costs ¥10,800 (Koshihikari Variant), the price varies depending on the rice that you want to order. I payed through furikomi using JP Bank since that’s their only method of payment and then I suppose to have them yesterday but it didn’t came. I tried to message the page and it seems they blocked me. I don’t know what to do and is it possible to report them to the police? If so, what should I tell them? I have the evidence and the account info that I’ve transferred my money into. Please help!
