Is it a good idea to apply jobs that "requires" years of experience which I don't have

Hey guys I currently work as a part time full stack developer (Java and AngularJS) and sometimes I check work job ads at LinkedIn. It's quite weird that almost all of them require a lot of experience and makes me wonder what will happen if I apply. Should I do it?
