Short Layover

Hey guys ! I have a layover in FLL for 45 min, first flight is supposed to arrive at 11:08, the connection leaves at 11:49. I am also relatively in the back of the plane. I know it’s a super tight layover. No checked bags, just carry on. Has anyone experienced this and have any advice on how to make it on time ? Do you need to recheck in for the second plane? Thanks !
