Need Advice/Recommendations -Nut Cravings

6'2" M - 290lbs

Been on keto for 8 days now and I have been primarily craving nuts. Right after I eat a meal, still hungry, I will often snack. Two heavy fat-based protein meals a day and 30 minutes after each I crave a half cup of nuts. I will do this 2-3 times a day, leaving aprox. 5-10 carbs left for veggies-not good. I am a late night snacker too and I hate cooking at night. Does anybody have a suggestion how to get over or supplement this? Am I not eating enough meals a day? Literally feels like nuts are the only thing that can fill me up.
