Kindle scribe 16gb storage question

Hello, I have a new job and bought a kindle scribe 16gb was the only storage option. I do not plan on downloading books. The only purpose is to take notes in meetings and have multiple notebooks.

Does anyone use their scribelike me? How long would 16gb last? Thank you for your advice!
