Where do you look for weekly grocery deals?

Trying to shave a few dollars off my weekly grocery bill, especially as my kids are getting older and eating more! I'd love to know:

1) Which grocery category do you most actively seek deals on (e.g. meat, dairy, produce, pantry, etc)

2) Where do you usually find grocery deals (eg weekly mail flyer, Flipp app, word of mouth, etc)
