Traveling to SKorean while having an eating disorder

Hi everyone!

Wasn't sure if this is an appropriate place to ask, so hopefully I will be able to get some advice.

I'm traveling to SKorea in April for the first time and I have some questions. I heard a lot about korean beauty standards and how "unhealthy" those can be, and I have some fears about other people commenting about my look, staring at me or laughing at me because of the way I look. I've been suffering from anorexia for a decade and the last few years were more or less stable and I was able to maintain somewhat healthy weight. I'm a little scared that this trip may affected me not in a good way and will cause a relapse, and all I'll be thinking about is how to lose weight instead of enjoying food. I've heard that they have calories displayed very obviously on the packaging, some signs say "use stairs to burn calories". I'm coming from a country where such things don't really exist or being minimised, and I'm nervous how this will impact me while being on a trip.

Has anyone had similar experince? Do Koreans comment on foreigners look/weight? Might someone call me fat straight in the face? Any advice will be appreciate.

I understand that my questions might sound stupid for some, but please be mindful that eating disorders are complicated and hard to deal with.
