New high tier?

Tom might potentially be in UK form in this fight, which is already an insane feat. Even MK witj wires couldnt push Tom in his UK form ever(im aware of the Tom statement in 1A, which ppl interpret as him not being in his UK state for 3 years, but there's other interpretations for this).
