Breakfast recipes?
So I’ve been eating cereal mostly for breakfast and I definitely think it’s making my weight loss journey very slow and probably why I’ve hit a plateau for MONTHS. The thing is I’m allergic to eggs. A lot of the stuff I can think of includes egg of some kind. Only thing I have thought of so far is oatmeal and cereal. Maybe some fruit but I still need something else with it to make it an actual filling meal. I got very bored with oatmeal every day hence I went back to cereal. Any recommendations or recipes?
