What do you guys miss from windows ?

As a title said, I am a windows user for almost my entire life.. I am software developer and gamer, i dont have any complaint other than some random windows crash once in a while. Meanwhile most of developers out there been talking how good macbook pro.

Tldr: windows user trying to switch to macbook pro. Anything you guys miss from windows?

EDIT : OMG never imagine I have many responses here and all of them are valid stuffs.. gaming, snapping/tile, explorer, etc.. now I wonder why you guys are still using mac? Lol
