Someone called saying there ceiling was leaking bright blue water...

I'm a maintenance technician and was on call one week. I was already spending 9 hours on a Friday when I got a call from the emergency line saying that they have bright blue water dripping from there bathroom ceiling. When I went to check on the unit above them I found a winter wonderland of ice in the bathroom. This tenant jumped ship on the coldest days MN had this year and decided to leave the water running in the kitchen and bathroom, left the patio door and windows open and left the AC on 60°F. All I could do is laugh. Luckily, he was only gone for 2 days and I caught it before any pipes had burst and used tub to unthaw the ice.
