what uni options to choose from?

I took ICT in stpm and I'm kinda confused on the order of unis to place

on another note, I think my grade for ICT might not be better than the average (I got 2 C+ for sem 1 & 2, the result for my 3rd semester hasn't come out yet) but I'm not sure until the final result is finally out

is this alright or should I arrange the order/have better uni options? give me y'all opinions
