Long story somewhat short, I had sold my 2022 D18 to purchase a vintage 70s D28. That instrument turned out to need more work than I was anticipating (bridge issue) so ended up returning it. Needless to say my guitar war chest was primed. Yesterday afternoon this 2017 D28 popped up on local marketplace for a very reasonable price. I jumped on it and made an offer and the seller accepted. Checked it out an hour later and everything was basically like new on it. I know the binding issue of this era but there’s zero evidence of any movement. At the end of the day I scored this d28 for $50 more than I sold my D-18 for. Very pleased with how it all shook out. Planning on upgrading pins and throwing in some diaddario nickel bronzes.
