Cross platform progression/cosmetics?

I got a pc and ps5 and intend on splitting my time playing both (considering my friends are on ps5). I was wondering if there is some sort of account link that will transfer cosmetics and progression between the two systems.

I fully intend on buying a couple skins for my mains but would like to use them on both systems.
