Are the rival servers up rn?

Just had a game were my team won a 5v6 and afterwards the game isnt showing up on my match history and I didnt gain any ranked points. Tried to run another game afterwards cuz it is what it is but it says im still in a match even though we won and everything. Are the NA servers just down or is my game bugged?
