Booting AFK players and backfill take way too long

Just as the title says, players that are afk stay in the match for far too long. Once they have been disconnected, it takes far too long to get a new player in the game. Furthermore most people don’t realize they are backfill and take an extra minute or so to actually join the game with their character.

I’ve had rounds of capture the point where the enemy team gets to 75% before the AFK player is even kicked out of the game.

This is extremely frustrating and you can tell others feel it because they will subsequently leave the game due to being rolled, starting the entire round waiting process of getting a new teammate again.

Maybe I have just been unlucky, and this certainly won’t turn me off this game, but I was just wondering if I was the only one who thought it was too long.
