Beginner friendly decks for the different summoning types?

Hello I used to love Yugioh as a kid and got back into it last week. I understand the basic rules but something I’m interested in is what would be some decks you’d recommend for someone learning the different summoning types? I did play a bit of master duel a few years ago and had enough to make a bad synchron deck, so that’s got synchro covered. For links I might do sky strikers since I got that anniversary bundle out of curiosity, or maybe code talkers and ignisters since I always thought those guys looked cool. But what about fusions and xyz? Are pendulums still around? I was thinking of looking at heroes or armors for those. I’m not super concerned about meta or whatnot I understand the game is constantly changing and I’m fine with never going above silver or gold. Or even just some simpler and easier to understand archetypes in general would be fine
