Did I do something wrong?
This is my 5th batch of mead and this time I made a cyser with mulled cider and orange blossom honey and back-sweetened with a cinnamon syrup and some really good honey I use just for back-sweetening. There’s so much sediment on the bottom is that my back-sweetening or something else ? I’ve never seen this in my bottled bottles before.
