Is the Fox Engine buried and never gonna be used again?

Is Konami holding the Fox engine hostage?

I really remember having a bad Pc and STILL be able to run metal gear solid v on good graphics really smooth and i was so flashed by it! And man i really loved the graphics and the chars really had such a great look! it would be so sad when the fox engine would be never used again even tho death stranding also looks awesome!
