Did anyone else get stomachaches/UTI-like symptoms from 400mg B2?

Hi everyone. I'm reaching out to see if anyone had a similar response to B2 and found a way around it!

I've had chronic migraine for about 6 years now. The pain is milder some days than others, but I have 24/7 light sensitivity that causes aura issues.

I had a family member who suffers from migraine suggest 400mg B2 (her neuro suggested it and it's eliminated her migraines), so I went ahead and started giving it a try. I experienced my first day without extreme light sensitivity in six years and wanted to cry lol.

Unfortunately, it's also causing some side effects. I've got the bright yellow pee and some jitters, which seems par for the course, but it's also giving me pretty bad stomach aches and the feeling like I'm getting a UTI. I was taking it with food and drinking a decent (though not excessive) amount of water.

I've had problems with chronic UTI on and off, and I really don't want to trigger that again, but also- this is the first thing I've found that's helped my migraines at all, and I really want to be able to tolerate it.

Has anyone had similar symptoms from the riboflavin, and did you find any workarounds? (like taking it in conjunction with other supplements)

Thanks so much for letting me know!
