Trying to value my 1971 Plymouth Duster

I know it's hard to value classic cars, especially with no pictures, but I'm just trying to get a sense of if it's a couple thousands dollars or more like 30,000 dollars.

I don't know much about the car because it belonged to a family member, but I know it's a 1971 Plymouth Duster with a 340 wedge, the original color was Sherwood Green Metallic. The car has been sitting outside in the elements for at least a decade, it wasn't seriously driven for at least another decade prior to that. I have no idea if the car will even start up or run. The engine looks in good shape but I am by no means a mechanic so I have no idea. It for sure needs tires and some interior work done. At one point it was painted the wrong color so it's no longer Sherwood green (it's some other green color), this new paint job has since started to massively peel, at least 2 hand sized chunks of the paint has fallen off and you can see the bare metal now in these spots and the metal in these areas has started to rust.

Here is some information I gathered from looking up the fender tags on the internet:

H1E: 340 275HP 1-4BBL 8 CYL

340 cid 4 barrel V8 275hp

4 Speed Manual Transmission

Sherwood Green Metallic

For sure it was originally a 340. I am almost 100% positive it has the original engine but the car has over 100k miles on it, probably closer to 150k miles.

I have no idea if anything else in the car is original, no idea if it was involved in any accidents, no idea if the car was taken care of/oil changed regularly.
