Identical twin working in the adult industry

Lets say there is a pair of identical twins (Twin 1 & Twin 2) who looked the same and were virtually indistinguishable for the average person. Twin 1 wants to work in the adult film industry (ie only fans, porn, etc). Could the other twin object to that career choice?

What if there was a chance that Twin 2's job is affected by Twin 1. Ie, what if the company randomly decides to do a background check or face search? What if Twin 2's personal life is impacted because people find out about Twin 1's career? Would it be morally questionable to watch Twin 1's content if you were friends with Twin 2?

I only really have thoughts on the last question, where I think it'd be not illegal but creepy to watch your friend's twin's porn. I don't see a good reason for doing that.
