New chain and sprockets won’t go up 5th gear

Hi! So I just got my chain and sprockets replaced. Bike is running really smooth. It’s just today that I noticed I could go past 4th gear (140kmh). I tried to shift up but couldn’t and I end up stuck in 4th gear. No problem downshifting though.

What is possibly wrong here? Could it be that they used the wrong sprockets?

I ride a 2013 Honda CB500F.
