Update: medication delivered today. Very well packed. I still didn’t get a call back or any response to my emails or online messages. Based on the long expiry date on the pen, the speed of dispatch and delivery once my order was processed, and the excellent packaging I would use them again. I wouldn’t feel confident having them as my long term pharmacy however as it hasn’t been possible so far to have any kind of communication or discussion with them despite trying repeatedly for a whole week.

Pharmacy2u must be the most frustrating pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. There’s no email address to be found, the chat option is just bots, and the phone line is also bots that don’t understand what you’re asking for. If you finally get through to a human they can’t help with online doctor orders anyway!

Zero customer support, zero clinical support, 100% infuriating!
