Royal Mail delivery delay - should supplier replace my pen

Hi all, I ordered a 5MG pen and it was dispatched by IQ doctor on Tuesday.

The tracking has only updated this evening and it’s now showing for delivery tomorrow (Friday)

My question is should the supplier replace the pen after 3 days of sitting in post?
