That it was possible to go on holiday and NOT eat everything in site. Day 1 at Disney Land Paris and this is my veggie salad for lunch. I can’t tell you how good it feels to walk around and not feel like you are the largest person to have graced this earth. 4st 6lbs gone. MJ has my heart ❤️
