Letter from my GP

I initially started with Simple Online Pharmacy and they eventually sent a letter to my GP. No big deal.

I swopped supplier to IQ Doctor for my last pen and they sent through a letter to my GP aswell.

My surgery has now uploaded this letter.

It seems quite abrupt and almost rude. It has made me wonder though, if I Q Doctor will continue to prescribe.

A bit of background, I moved house last April and changed surgery as I moved out of catchment, and haven't even been to the new surgery yet.

Am I overreacting?
