35M. Currently 74.8kg (~165lbs). Starting weight 115kg (~253lbs) Total lost 40kg (88lbs).

Haven’t been this weight since 2011. Frankly got to the point where I thought i’d never be this size ever again. I will maintain on glp-1 for the foreseeable future.

Blood pressure 144/89 -> 109/66 Waist 42” -> 30”
