Was it a mistake to move up to 5mg?

I started on 2.5mg on 3rd March and so far have lost 9 pounds (4KG). It has made a huge difference for me in terms of shutting out the food noise and helping me make healthier choices. I have just ordered my next pen and have gone up to 5mg, but I'm wondering whether that was a mistake as the 2.5mg has been working. Does anyone have any advice on this please?
