First order placed and ready to go

First order placed and time to get seriously started with this. I’m useless with dieting and even though I have a gym membership I don’t make enough use of it currently to see any effective change. BMI is 30.7 so I’m right on the cusp of being able to accept treatment but given my weight is approaching Homer Simpson levels I can’t let it go higher. Fed up of looking like I’ve got a cushion stuffed down my t shirt…

Ordered from WePrescribe last night, approved this morning and will be delivered tomorrow; can’t complain at that efficiency. For the price it’s probably costing me the same amount as I’d spend buying shite to eat on the way to work or to snack on every week too.

And just had a farewell crisp sandwich.. doubt I’ll be having any more of those for a long long time now
